Was in the Biloxi store with my sis n law today and excited for the sale. We see the additional 25 percent off sign and got even happier! Our buggie full we head to the front to check out where we are told the extra 25 percent off is over. Now why, since it's not our fault someone didn't remove the sign that we don't get the extra 25 percent? She didn't offer to make anything right or to get a manager just "I will remove it if you don't want it." We bought our stuff but will think twice about going there again . Customer service is very important and this lady did not act like she really cared.

Staff is nice and friendly. The selection of everything in this shop is not as vast as most JoAnn stores. This store is in dire need of an upgrade . I was disappointed- I didn’t buy ANYTHING - that is very unlike me .

No customer service no rent cashier watch 2 people walk out and then I walked out after waiting 1015 minutes and pushing a button that nobody apparently answers

Lots of good selection but sometimes it can be a little bit picked over if you are too slow to get there right away.

Customer service needs serious improvement so does management. I was there at 3:00pm on 1/22/2023 for the first time in many many years. I was there with a friend. We walk up to the cutting counter and the girl continues working in an online order. She had about six or eight pieces to cut and had just started the order. She totally ignored us until she completed the online order. I would if walked out and left everything there but I wasn’t making the purchase. I think that was pretty rude. Later I called the store to speak to the manager of course she said she was sorry but maybe this girl was just having a bad day. Is this customary for this store customer service? They suck and I won’t go there for a long time if ever.

Saves money using my imagination to create things. I Usually find what I want at JOANNs...and extra things too. The HOBBY LOBBY that's literally steps away I heard is moving.... but...JOANNs is my first choice. Bought a sewing machine few years ago, and any creative ideas for clothing or home decor I start here.

Joann Fabric store is a nice place on the inside and for the most part the workers are friendly. The store however fails in some very important departments, our fabric was cut very unevenly and this made our project afterwards more difficult. The cutter was given very specific measurements and failed to deliver the proper dimensions. When we went to checkout the lady scanned my card and said the the payment did not go through the first time so we scanned once again and after I left the store they had charged my bank account two times! Upon returning we were told there was nothing they could do about it and that our money would not be refunded. I’m total we ended up spending 80$ on 4 yards of fabric! Very bad experience and I hope the customer service improves and that mistakes made by store employees will start to be handled by management.

I have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had in a very long time as a customer. Tonight was especially rough for me as I was in a stressful situation. I have to start by saying I have never personally visited the store until tonight. Here recently has been really rough for my family and me so we venture out very rarely and we came out tonight just to your store. I was in absolute heaven walking in. Up and down every aisle as if I was a child in a toystore on Christmas. It was so great and very calming well that was until I reached the check out. My daughter and me have recently taken up scrapbooking and crafting, it's been so therapeutic. We get to the register greeted by the sweetest cashier. Smiling asking how we were if we found everything and just carrying on with us. She was so sweet kind caring and most importantly so very patient with us. We are total chaos going to a store, something ALWAYS happens. Just as the words left my mouth her machine frozen not once but 3 times. Behind us was a very kind patient lady and Sydney, an absolute gem, was so patient more worried about my pre mental breakdown over holding the line up. She gets the machine fixed, then my card decides to not work. She was so kind helped me calm down as she's assessing the situation. I'm a long-winded story teller FYI ? anyway Sydney ASM is a rarity in her profession. They definitely don't make them like her anymore and you definitely should do everything to hang onto her. She was made to work with the public. I felt alot calmer leaving after the situation because of her. I could go on and say more but I'll shut up. I just hope she knows how valuable she is. She absolutely made this struggling mamas day/night and I will forever remember our encounter.

I love going here because they always have some type of sale going. They always have what I'm looking for or something close to it. The staff have always been nice and welcoming

I was treated like yesterday's garbage in this store by a male threatening me when he was working the cutting table. he was a disgruntle employee of the store. it was horrifying. He was reported to the District Manager who seemed to not care. Will not be going back to this store! NEVER AGAIN

The store was a little cluttered and unorganized around the fabric area, but the staff was very helpful and nice.

The patterns which were on sale were all in stock. The numbers on the pattern drawers do not reflect the pattern number ranges which the drawers contain. Cashier was at their workstation so no wait to check out. The store appeared more organized with prices more visible than seen on previous visits.

Seem to have great management at this store. Staff always friendly and helpful, store always neat and clean. Their website and e-checkout could be much better - that's a corporate issue.

Have to give them credit for trying to fix their App and website.It's not the fault of the retail store when the website and App are not in Sync with what is supposed to be in the inventory, let alone when the promotions you are alerted to on your mobile phone. The website has been a horrible mess for the past few years.The staff at the JOANN Fabric and Crafts at this location is great, helpful, and considerate. Even when the restrooms are out of order. When that happens, the Harbor Freight Tool company next door will not hesitate in pointing you to their restroom. Fact. There's also a competitor of sorts in the same plaza (Hobby Lobby). There is a liquor store around the corner on Rue Petit Bois (Petit Bois Liquor and Wine). A Grocery which carries genuine products from Mexico. And a CBD oil & assorted boutique shop. If all else fails, you can be like me and hit the Dunkin' Donuts for a cup of hot coffee and something sweet after finding the materials for your seasonal product at JOANN'S.

Wanted to purchase a small piece of upholstery fabric to see if it would be a match. Unfriendly woman says minimum cut is 1/2 yard! Are you kidding me? So I would be spending $12-15 to end up with a huge piece of fabric I might not end up using? Went right next door to Hobby Lobby. They had the same fabric and happily cut me 1/4 yard. I know where I will eventually purchase the ten yards I select.
