I received amazing customer service from the girl with orange and black hair! I walked in not knowing what shoes I wanted and left the store with best chunky vans ever. She was single-handedly the nicest person I saw in that whole mall! One of the best experiences I’ve had in the store so far!!! If you see this, you made my day girl!!!

Thanks for helping my boy pick out his first pair of shoes. The girl with green hair went out of her way to assist with our 10 month old. Her customer service and politeness was second to none. I hope Journeys will recognize the value in the service their employees are providing.

The manager Al really took care of me I called about some of the knee high converse that I got for my kid on her birthday not even a month later the zipper busted on them. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us and let us exchange the shoes. She was the one who actually help my daughter put the shoes on for her birthday! Great customer service!!!! Great people person!!!! Really appreciate this manager.

I didn't catch the new managers name, but she helped find me a pair of shoes I like that comes in my size. Unfortunately, journeys doesn't carry my size to often, but she did her best to help. I will be back because of her ! Thanks again!

Had a great time in the store to the point where the workers and my wife and I laughed they forgot my shoe made it home to find out it wasn't there called the next day got it handled and shipped overnight, even with that mess up I still give 5 stars due to the mess up being a mistake thank you again‼️JY1975 team 3/12/23 @ 1609 those two are great
