I appreciated the salesperson greeting us at the door and just letting us look at my request for a few minutes. I dislike pressure sales people, that try and push the most expensive item when you specifically said in detail what you wanted. So we will return to this store.

Taylor and Abby both were so patient and helpful! My husband and I were impressed with their knowledge along with their willingness to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and not just what they were suggesting or wanting to sell. Never once felt pressured to buy anything. Highly recommend this KAY Jewelers as your go to for your next purchase! Also, they are not in the mall anymore! Find them in the little plaza in front of the mall, behind/next to McDonald's.
