Traveled from Alabama to shop for my daughter's prom dress. The staff were very patient and helpful. They pinned the dress to show what it would look like altered, carried the dress bottom so it would not drag, and offered to order the size and color needed. It was a great shoppimg experience. They were amazing I highly recommend.

I went to Marisol's two days ago. When I began looking at a dress, an employee immediately came over to me and started speaking to me in Spanish. She did not ask me if I spoke Spanish, and I do not know how to speak Spanish. I am multiracial, but not Hispanic. I had found a dress and proceeded to pay for it. When I went to checkout, I was asked to see my ID. However, my friend was paying for her dress as well, but she was not asked for her ID. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable. I have shopped at Marisol's one other time. Though, due to this situation, I no longer feel comfortable to shop here and will not.

Poor selection of plus size formal dresses. Most of them was snagged marked at 1/2 price but that was still too high.

The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady (sorry, I will just call her Red for her gorgeous hair). She was professional, courteous and had some great suggestions! It is always a pleasure to shop there, but today was amazing!
