If I could give zero stars I would! They have no idea what they are talking about, I was supposed to be on a 25$ month plan and some how I am on a 60$ plan. To say they are rude or unprofessional isn't even enough. I was able to get my issue resolved by visiting the other Biloxi Store they were professional and were able to get my issue resolved.

This store is very poor with knowing anything. They told me if I enrolled in autopay, I would get a 10% discount on each bill. Come to find out, after talking to customer service, our plan doesn't qualify for that discount, only the $50 dollar plan. We're on the $60 plan. When we asked about the free Amazon prime that comes with our plan, they still can't tell us how to activate it.

The Biloxi store off Pass Road wasn't very helpful when all 3 of my devices went to the proverbial "hand-basket" while testing the the work we just finished on my motorbike.Been a customer for many years, if needed, usually the person behind the counter would call a superior, and they have always approved what ever I needed and I paid what was due on billing date, 2 days away in this case. They just sent me out in 38-40• weather at dark thirty on a iffy bike at the time. Anyways, I was not born with these devices in my hand, I'll be just fine. Still am.

They sold a phone to me that dropped 10 calls before I had it a day. It was in middle of the city too. Then the manager who lacks intelligence tells me we don't do refunds. I wonder how many times he has to run into someone and used that to keep their money?. Horrible service and terrible employees. These people are nothing short of thieves and I'd never recommend the service. Stay away....

This is the second most horrible experience I have had with T-Mobile the first incident was the 29th of last month when I was paying my bill I went in approach the salesperson at the desk and asked to pay my bill he said I'm not sure but I think our computer is down I said fine is there another T-Mobile I can go to and pay it and he said I don't know you'll have to go find it yourself I told them if I don't find another store at midnight my phone service would be off and he said that's right that's what happens when you don't pay your bill I considered him extremely rude the following day I went and found the other T-Mobile I talked to the people in there about the service I got at the T-Mobile at Pass Road and Eisenhower Drive in Biloxi they said that place was Notorious for employees quitting all the time and lying to the customers yesterday I went back to that store and this time the girl was serving two customers with four phones each to them this was at 5:45 she asked what I needed I stated I needed to pay my bill she said it would be an hour before she could get to me because she had to activate the phones I stated it only takes 2 minutes to pay the bill then I'm sure the other customers would not mind she said no she was the only one there and it was going to be done her way another rude person I do hope somebody will call or text me and let me know about this if this situation is going to go on with this store
