Hi, I’m Aaron, The Founder of CBD Social International Review Group. I come to your store once or twice a year while on vacation. I spend around 300 to 400 dollars on products from you each time I come. I remember explaining to your staff member that I was not a fan of the Kik Kalibloom products because they always break and fall apart on me. Well your guy said that I needed the ones with the button. So I bought this new product and sure enough it stopped working last night overheated and leaked all over my furniture. This is why I don’t like these products. Now I am out of 45 dollars on this thing and a 400 dollar dresser. This is the last time I am buying products from this company regardless of if it has a button or not! All other products I bought from there are fine! Only this one overloaded and leaked everywhere.

Sales girl with blue hair was super rude and refused to exchange the product after 2 miss fires on the disposables , I was told I couldn’t get a refund or change the flavor after the product was defective! All the products are out of date and old ! Find somewhere else to shop that has “good customer service “ don’t support a business that has bad service and bad products. I buy 2 disposable a week and I will not be returning! Bad business practice

Always find what I'm looking for. Great prices and friendly staff who helped me understand how to build an RDA deck without burning my house down. Haha. This is the only place I'll go to for my vaping needs.

Guy was super rude…was looking at elf bars and he acted like I was interrupting his day by being there (I was the first person in the store this morning). I ended up just getting the same flavor from before even though I wanted to look because I heard the selection was bratty broad. Won’t be going back. I stick with the one in Gautier where they are nice to customers.

This is lit the only vape store I go to because of Arir wit the red hair she is so sweet and amazing! She always helps me when I hav questions and always helps me find the right fit for me when it comes to my vape and lik flavors and stuff ???

The gentleman that helped us today was extremely rude. We initially went in for a new mod but with how terrible his customer service was I will go somewhere else. It’s so sad knowing the owner of the store is amazing and super helpful but they hired someone unwilling to help and want to sell $100 of product. He needs to be retrained in customer service and he needs to be trained on the product carried.
