We walked in this morning to look at some outfits for my 9 year old daughter to go to the cheer competition party.. we picked out an outfit right away. Their stuff looks and costs very cheap but cute. So we approached the register and throughout the entire transaction nobody said a word to us. No HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, THANK YOU, just nothing... I kept talking to them asking how they were but no response, the aspciates just kept taking to other associates about a lady that kept going to through an open box... in front of us was a black couple checking out...they actually got a bit of an interaction from the employees. I never write bad reviews, but I'm sorry... stop being racist toward white people...as YOU PEOPLE say, or just start being customer oriented as we all expect. Very bad store. Not recommend it.

One star is only because clothes are cute. But I can not stand not being able to try on clothes before I buy them. I mentally can not convince myself to physically buy clothes without trying them on. There is literally no reason to not have the dressing rooms open after 3 years. Come on. I use to buy clothes from Rainbow. Then I moved to MD. I missed being able to shop there. I moved back and I still can't shop there because they have not opened their dressing rooms. This goes for both the Biloxi and Gulfport locations. If a small store like torrid and larger stores like Belk and old navy can open their dressing rooms then so can Rainbow. I miss the store. Open the dressing rooms please. I literally have a phobia to buying clothes I can't try on. Yeah didn't know that was a thing till covid caused dressing rooms to be closed. It is anxiety inducing to the extreme for me. Update: people who responded to my review did t even read my post fully. I literally stated I can't bring myself to buy clothes I can't try on. Your return policy means nothing to me.

I love Rainbow. I wish there was one in my area. You get clothes that are trendy but don't break the wallet. Some Rainbows have kids clothes also. My granddaughter found a great place to buy school clothes that make her dollars stretch. Styles are varied but there is always something to like

Yesterday will be my last time shopping at this location. Almost every time I go here, which was pretty often, the manager and some employees are quite rude, almost as if you shopping there is an inconvenience to them. Also it’s not a big deal but this is the only location that does not honor a military discount, as the employee’s say the discount is under investigation. They did at one point, but it would be a hassle as this same manager claimed it was only for active duty. A few months ago a friend and I were in there shopping ( both of us are active duty) and this same manager insisted and practically argued with that our military id’s state whether or not we’re active duty, or reserve, which upon checking my id, they don’t. Almost every time I go thIs manager is at the counter on her cell phone but acts annoyed if you need help. Then the final straw with this location happened yesterday for me. Like I said I shop there pretty often. Almost every time I take my items off the hangers myself because I usually carry my items over my arm if I have other stuff in my hands such as my phone, keys, wallet or CHILD. So this same manager was on register. I put my items on the counter and she asks in a rude tone “did you take these off of mannequin or something?” I said no. She goes “so where are the hangers?” I say on the racks where ever I got the items. She then calls another employee over and says “I need you to go back into the sections she got these from and pull 4 hangers so we can make sure it’s not theft” First thing first I’ve never stolen anything in my life, secondly had I not had my card already in the reader I would’ve just left. Customer service at this location is complete trash and at this point I will just make the drive over to the Gulfport location, where I have never had a negative experience.
