The phone call to start service was good. The hardware pickup was good. The phone call to schedule service setup was good. The technician who came to our house was good. The service is good. What else should I say?

I had Sparklight a few years ago but cancelled due to other bills. So I am back as a returning customer first day I got the setup hooked everything up and nothing. I called right away we tried to fix it over the phone and still nothing. But they scheduled a tech to come out the next day it took about an hour and everything is working just perfectly.

Absolutely the worst internet service I've ever had. I pay for their best plan but they can't fulfill their end of the deal and give me decent internet. I lose internet for about 15 min every 45 min to hour. I just missed an entire ufc fight because their internet is below basic. I want them to pay for me to get new service with someone else because for over 6 months I've had nothing but a nightmare with this company

very fast and and professional provided my installer justin was respectful and got the job done and gave me additional information i needed to know and even came back to make sure of something when he could have left outstanding representative of sparklight would reccomend over any other provider

I dreaded making a call to Customer service---envisioning long holds. No---everything went quickly. Was told to go to the office to exchange my (12 yr) old modem---that went smoothly. And when I needed tech help and called Tech support--helpful and smoothly. I was impressed.

Have to reset constantly, to get streaming to come on. 98.00 is quite a bit of money to have such poor service.

I was a cableone customer for years before I moved away for a bit. I always liked them. When I got back my mother in law had at&t for Internet and it was awful. After having to wait months for them to get the new fiber optic started, customer service all over the place, I said," forget this...sparklight is cableone isn't it???? And they do ACP program too? After one phone call and just a few days they were out here getting us going. Super fast, zero buffering speeds and customer service that I always loved from cableone. Oh, a big thank you to our tech Brian! Poor thing was soaked from the rain but smiles the whole time.

Tech Support (Grant Ellzey) did a superb job boosting my internet service ten times faster. His ability troubleshooting was spot on as he found a section of cable that was bad in house. He relocated a newer modem in center of household on a different cable that was in attic. He was very professional and courteous as he helped me download new network app and instructed me on the different areas to navigate to check my speeds or expand my internet in future. Five star tech support Sparklight.

my upload speed was inconsistent, called them, they sent a tech, never got fix...the 3rd time they blame it on my computer. I told them its not my computer im getting bad upload on all deviced. The tech guy called me and got mad saying hes been out there 3 times hes telling me its not them its my computer. I brought my computer to the shop to get it checked out, nothing was wrong with my 2 year old computer. Called them again and they blame it on my computer again. Lazy and u nprofessional techs.
