Our infant grandson passed unexpectantly and I had the sorrowful honor of choosing his eternal going home outfit. At 5 minutes until closing, the kind shop keeper welcomed us and stayed afterhours for us to find just the perfect gown and accessories without any pressure to hurry so she could close.We never think about the small details of laying a loved one to rest to include shopping for their final garments. And it is especially difficult when it is an infant or child.
