Very rude customer service while I was in here. I was even told buy the guy "helping" me to get off my phone while he was typing on his computer not saying a word to me, all I was doing was double checking the zip code. Barking at other customers to sit in certain places all in all very rude. Will not be going back here.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at a United States Postal Office. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to EVERY single customer that walked in the door during my 45 min time in that postal office. I went for a passport appointment Lynn was the staff member who took the appointment she asked to review my paperwork. I brought everything that was printed out as instructed on the Passport website. She quickly pushed the papers back in my direction in complete frustration and told me to remove everything she did not need from my packets that I had all sorted out for her and clipped together. I have never applied for a passport before I was not sure what she did and did not need as it is HER job not mine. I removed the paperwork since god forbid she do her damn job and then she became frustrated I did not bring a photo copy of 3 documents even though they can make copies for a small charge. She made me wait 15 min for my appointment time which was fine however as I stood waiting I could not help but notice her rudeness towards every other customer that walked up behind me for assistance as well as her Co-Worker Carl's unprofessionalism and complete disrespect to each customer he dealt with. Another customer was struggling to find a box for an item and at first he offered to help and then he quickly grew frustrated with her and told her to go away and figure it out herself because he didn't have time to wait on her all afternoon and he had helped her enough. The customer was frustrated and embarrassed. Another customer walked up a young woman likely teenage he was rude with her to the point she looked like she wanted to cry as she left because he made her feel stupid. Another customer came for one stamp and paid with coins. He stated he couldn't believe she was paying with coins and he did not like her laying them on the counter for him to pick up because they could have fallen and then he would have to pick them all up if they fell. When I was finally called up to complete my passport paperwork which was past my appointment time Lynn continued to be short and rude with me the rest of our appointment time. After all of this took place I asked to speak to the manager and I told him how unbelievably rude and unprofessional his staff was. He apologized however I feel like his hands may be tied with how he can manage his staff and I truly believe these individuals do NOT deserve to be working in a customer service industry with such poor customer service. People look to these workers for help and guidance as mailing things is not always so simple and I believe a little bit of compassion would go a long way. These staff members truly deserve to be FIRED or put on some type of process improvement plan because god only knows how many other people they treat like this DAILY that do not come and say a single word because they feel nothing will be handled after their complaint on a review.

My man Carl was an angel sent down from heaven. He took us without an appointment for passport renewal and he held our hand through the whole thing. 10/10 recommend. Ask for Carl.

I have been receiving junk mail from a guy who died 6 years ago. My name is clearly stated on the box.If it was a small amount of junk mail, I would not complain.I submitted over 6 trouble tickets, and made numerous in person visits clearly stating that Lawrence Gloe is dead. I wrote RTOS on the letters. That, also, was ineffective.Six years and three years of occupancy is long enough for a dead man's address to change. If you know Lawrence Gloe, spit on his grave and/or remind him he doesn't live anymore.⚰️???

often very busy with not enough help to deal with the volume this post office gets. Please consider hiring more front desk staff. Those that work the front are very kind & are constantly apologizing for the wait. This must be stressful for them also

This post office is the worst on the MS gulf coast. The man who works up front, Carl is very rude and is never friendly. There have to many negative experiences when we’ve gone to this one. Diberville or Ocean Springs Post offices are way more friendly :)

Mr Carl helped me out a lot. SC could take pointers from Biloxi Post office. Just because Mr Carl follows the rules and actually does his job right don’t give anyone the right to make it hard on him. He has a Job to do and if people used common sense they would know this. But some people try to get over on other people to make our life hectic. Things would be so much easier and better if honest people left honest reviews. Go Carl ? Hope you have a wonderful and the merriest Christmas ever. Thank you again Carl.

The substitute driver does not deliver to my mail box. He lays it on the porch and when asked about it he is rude. Today he left city government private information laying on my back porch because he doesn’t want to walk to my mailbox. It could have blown away. I have complained to the postmaster but it continues

I scheduled an appointment to do paperwork with my 16 year old daughter like three weeks ago. We got there twenty minutes early and wait in line only to be told the only lady that does the passports was not there. The only reason I gave them a two star is because one of the clerks told us that we could go to the courthouse just down the street.
