Very disorganized, fitting room was nasty, people smoking vape pens. Carpet was extremely dirty.

Prices $$. Couldn't find anyone working except at the checkout. The girls there were friendly. The special didn't really seem like a special @ 3 for $36 (for panties)... But overall it was a good experience!!

I patronize Victoria's Secret once a year; at Christmas. My granddaughter loves this shop, and I surprise her with either some sort of apparel or a gift card each year. Considering the fact that I have an age appropriate granddaughter, I think one is able to deduce Victoria's Secret is not a shop for this little, old Granny. It is very pretty, though!

Sales persons were very hard to locate. None of the sales counters were open. Trying to get let Into a dressing room was like pulling teeth. Waiting n waiting n waiting for someone with a key and a bad attitude to come open the door while rolling their eyes n walking off. Not near as helpful as I had hoped. Was shopping for a friend but will not be back to this store

The most awesome and amazing store ever love there body spray, lotion ,clothes and lingerie the people who work there are so very nice and welling to help any time you need help the are all ways clean and you all ways leave the store feeling good about yourself and the people who work there I would for sure say to go shopping at this store I love it they make you fell very welcome in there store just love going that you most go some time for sure?♀️

Lots to choose from. VERY friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was the extremely long line that took over 20 minutes to check out. There were 2 associates working registers but it was still quite a long wait.
