I had an issue with a script at DIberville, MS WALGREENS. They did a partial fill on a med they were out of stock on. The partial fill would last 3 days. The restock wasn’t due in for 5 days. I needed the rest of the refill b/f that or I couldn’t complete the treatment ordered by my doc properly. I called DIberville store…they said to call other Walgreens to see if I could pick up the rest there. I called Biloxi, MS store. Desiree (pharmacy manager) answered. She informed me that filling the rest of a partial could NOT be done at any other store and the DIberville store told me wrong. She apologized and said “let me see what I can do”. She called back minutes later to say the pharmacy manager at DIberville (Chase) would drive to Biloxi to pick up the medicine so I could complete the rest of the fill. I want to say THANK YOU to Desiree and Chase, especially Desiree. This is how customer service should work and I really appreciate her handling the issue that wasn’t handled properly by DIberville store (training new employees issue that Chase said he’d address so it won’t happen to another customer). Thank you Chase and Desiree!!!

I’ve been to Walgreens all over the country. The young pharmacist and his tech at the 2405 Pass Rd Biloxi, MS location on 2/15/25, provided knowledgeable, speedy, and professional service. Overall, absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience they had amazing deals better than Walmart and other competitors the cashier was very friendly and patient with me as it took me longer than expected in line trying to get my healthy benefits bar code to come up on my phone yes they take untied healthcare otc I will definitely be back if you guys want some good deals better check out Walgreens you want be disappointed

The pharmacist sucks at this location. She speaks as if she is amped up on the meds. The pharmacist is also arrogant and seems like a cocky woman. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience with Walgreens new automated line. These new modern technologies are so very efficient and user friendly!! Just for kicks I decided to extend my conversation with this automated angel. I have to be honest using this recorded line to turn a 10 second issue into one that took over 50 minutes really was the first time I had felt seen or heard in years. Thank you Walgreens for everything you do. I plan on making these automated calls a part of my weekly self care routine, because as you can see in the attached photos, I’ve simply never been more at ease nor felt more supported then I did during this phone call.😊

I had an appointment for a COVID-19 shot and a flu shot. When I arrived, they told me that they were out of stock on Covid shots. Why the hell didn’t you notify me so I didn’t have to come all the way down here for nothing?
And they were SO rude about it when I asked why they didn’t contact me. The response was that they did not have enough time. They knew the day before that they were out of vaccines, so they could have contacted me. I mean, how much effort does it take to push a button on a computer sending me a text saying that my appointment has been canceled? Their employees were just extremely lazy, condescending, and didn’t care to make the effort.
I would never have employees like this working at my store, and I will NEVER patronize this Walgreens again.

I’ve always been satisfied with the service at this particular Walgreens. This evening, I made the mistake of having prescriptions sent to a different store.I called this pharmacy an hour before their closing, and they processed my toddler’s prescriptions within 30 minutes. After the disappointment I was dealt with at the other store, I felt helpless, but I’m glad I called this pharmacy. I am so thankful for the pharmacist and tech/intern saving me from an unnecessary trip to the ER. My toddler is breathing and sleeping better tonight.

Always leave with anxiety if the larger guy is the cashier. Poor customer service and always seems aggravated to be there.

Yeah. I will never use this pharmacy again. Terrible bedside manner, and sure as hell didn't appreciate the judgemental attitude toward my medication that was upped in dosage Via personal care provider. Making me wait almost an additional month for my mental health medication all the while being made to feel like I was doing something wrong.
