We just had gas installed in our house with Coombs and we are beyond thrilled. My husband and I were both nervous the day we went to the Blue Mountain store to purchase our gas and heater. We really didn't know what to expect but we were met by 2 of sweetest ladies ever. They made us feel relaxed and at ease immediately. Both were helpful with questions and very knowledgeable about their different heaters and services. Yesterday, Drew came and installed our heater and tank and I must say he is a very nice guy. Very professional and friendly! We're so happy that we chose Coombs as our propane company because everyone has made us feel like we're part of their family. Thank you all for the friendly and professional service. We look forward to our future as customers.

Cannot say enough positive things about these folks! Drew the technician is a complete pro and made me feel safe because of his competence (propane scares me) and Miss Becky in the office is quick to respond and work with your schedule conflicts. I appreciate these folks so much!

Very impressed with follow up, communication and technician Jerry Hays who was so very helpful. Our granddaughter loved watching the process and sharing a popsicle with him cause it was hot!! My family was in need of a generator and we reached out to Coombs Gas in Blue Mountain, MS. My experience was nothing short of professional and welcoming. Nicole Potts was always kind in assisting me with my needs as she and Braxton were instrumental in guiding me through the process. I had lots of questions, but they remained professional throughout the process. Braxton was very easy to work with and very accommodating with prices, parts and installation questions. Randall Tate was professional and made us feel like we were his only customer. Mr. Tate took his time in explaining the size of generator that was best suited for our home and was neat and professional with the electrical installation. Drew Land was prompt and extremely professional during the installation of our tank and took special care in not destroying our yard or cutting any underground lines. I highly recommend Coombs Gas of Blue Mountain, MS for your propane and generator needs.

Great company, loyal, and reliable. Great prices!!!Jerry the technician that brought my tank was so kind, thorough and fast!Customer service is phenomenal!I emailed Becky and within an hour I had a reply in my inbox, rates/tank rental all provided within minutes after I wrote back again. I called scheduled and paid over the phone. Not one issue from the get go.No stress, easy and smooth.

Excellent experience from the beginning. I called different places for rates and no one ever got info to me except Coombs. Nicole was wonderful to work with! She helped me so much from the very beginning and was informative. Jerry did the installs and he was great! He had to come back out, no fault of Coombs for the reason he had to come back, but he came and got the job done quickly, was very helpful, and is always polite. We appreciate Nicole and Jerry and Coombs Gas.

When other companies kept rescheduling and stood me up, Coombs Gas got the job done. I had Jerry Hays as my installer and he was an absolute Godsend. He was professional, friendly, and honest. He went above and beyond to ensure that my children and I had heat. I'll forever be thankful.

I was worried I couldn’t find a gas fireplace to fit for my custom build but Becky Witt was very helpful and worked with us to find the perfect one!The installer Jerry was so nice and did an awesome job!Everyone was very helpful and made this a wonderful experience!
