Both were helpful with questions and very knowledgeable about their different heaters and services. Yesterday, Drew came and installed our heater and tank and I must say he is a very nice guy. Very professional and friendly! We're so happy that we chose Coombs as our propane company because everyone has made us feel like we're part of their family.
