“I’m only giving a five star for the young little lady that’s blonde headed that helped with my service but I would give negative stars for the older lady named Shelby Smith.. that was right beside her at the branch in booneville ms.. someone needs to teach her some manners and how to talk to Other employees.. She is a very rude speaking to them!! I went in to put some money in my mother‘s account and there was only 3 Customers counting myself As I walked up, I was greeted politely by the young young lady and asked what could she help me with .. Right in the middle of me and the young girl speaking that woman Shelby Smith cut through Said no, you need to get the drive-through they were there longer .. and not in a nice way!! I felt embarrassment for the young employee for the way the older one spoke to her. She didn’t say excuse me hang on a second or anything. She just cut through our conversation, rudely and demanding.!! I don’t mind waiting, and I didn’t mind waiting for the young girl. The young girl was very apologetic. For another rude employees Behavior!!! They need to put that lady in training of how to speak to other workers indefinitely should never act like that in front of customers… I really felt sorry for the Young lady!! But the young lady had very excellent work skills and she was very sweet I wish I would of got her name !! But at that point, I was just wanting one name. I got her name because it was right in front of her on her little plaque.!!!!”
