Love this gym, Dana does a great job keeping all the equipment clean and organized. All the coaches are first class and make sure we are safe doing the excerises. The atmosphere of the gym is great, everyone cares about each other.Thank You Dana for your gym.

Awesome gym, people, and workout. Dana does a great job of coaching and keeping the class moving. She was very good at modifying and scaling the workout for everyone in class. Highly recommend her and the gym!!
