Put application in and never heard back even when I called twice to check on status. Gave me brush off. They probably did me a favor.

Very positive reception as a new hire / potential driver candidate. Was extremely impressed with Mr Morgan the owner as he exhibited all the characteristics of a business owner who truly cares about his business and employees, and has a "hands-on" open door attitude. He was the first person to greet me as I entered the office. In my 37 years in the transportation industry I have learned to read a few of the signs...Another positive note was the driver lounge. Stocked with everything a driver could possibly need, shower, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, snacks, popcorn, water, coffee, and a sofa and recliner in front of the large flat-screen TV. It's the little things that show...If you've always driven for a mega-fleet that has millions to spend on recruiting and equipment, you might not know how to appreciate the smaller fleet experience, but having driven for both, plus owning my own small fleet for 9 years, I must say again.... I am impressed!

Sad.. Driver blocking others whom had Legitimate spots.. Due to poor planning skills, Found Creative parking ..alas, it blocked others from ability to edit safely..when asked when his rig was going to leave ( 30 minutes, 10 hrs, 34 )..Driver became agitated and proceeded to assault me.. Sad..2,22.23 .. Parked illegally yet angry...And defense!! Police called.. shame

Not physically present to location, just a bad experience with one of their truck drivers. I called and reported it to their safety depth and the seemd genuinely concerned and thankful for the call

This company started out great for my husband. Steve the owner is a great guy, Scott the recruiter is amazing. Short miles, all back roads and a lot of break downs with the trucks. My husband quit due to safety concerns in one truck after the shop foreman told him his truck shutting down in The middle of the road was not a big deal. Steve being the great guy he is called my husband and asked him to come back and if he would than he would give him either guaranteed miles or a money guarantee. My husband only saw this once because there was always a reason that the driver manager found that would keep my husband away from his guarantee. Now they are saying that they lost money on my husband when the truth is if they had a shop that could actually fix the problems on the truck then trucks wouldn't be sitting. They always send you down these small back roads that's are very small and narrow that you can barely fit a truck down. David the hr is a very very unprofessional person. Now that my husband has quit David has charged him a $150 cleaning fee that it is not in any of their policies that he would be charged if we didn't clean the truck upon turning the truck in. Please be warned. We had a 100 miles run that we had to sit on for 13 hrs because it was scheduled wring my husband didn't get paid for that time. They have all these really small runs that do not add up at the end of the week for you to make any money. You spend more time sitting with this company than you do driving.

So my husband, who is a recent CDL A grad, was hired on by this company and things were going okay until he was about to enter his third week of training and we received the news that his grandmother was ill. My husband came home and drove straight to Houston to be with his family. During this entire week, he has checked in with the company explaining his grandmother’s prognosis and the devastating news we received. She has terminal cancer and only a few months to live. Her being the age she is, she decided against chemotherapy or radiation and just wanted to go home to be with family until its her time to leave this earth. My husband after being with this company for only two weeks explained to management that her home required construction in order to fit all of her new medical needs which is what we’ve been working on non-stop, a place for her to enjoy her last few days! Well today, Friday the 25th was my husband’s payday from this God forsaken company and guess what? All the checking in he’s done everyday this week to keep this company informed, we receive no paycheck!!!! This company assumed my husband was quitting and kept his last paycheck to cover the cost of his work physical, hotel room and car rental without any warning or even asking him if he planned to quit. Please be aware, if you are considering this place for employment or to use this company for their services, just how low they can go! This company has left my husband in Texas with a dying grandmother, no paycheck and only explanation “Company Policy!”We were excited about his future with this company and starting a new career and had even looked at houses so he would be closer and this is how we’ve been treated! So…. Be warned!!! They don’t care about family, they don’t care about their employees, don’t be scammed as we have been! I can’t believe just how terrible this company is. I truly hope you all at MVL don’t find yourselves in this position. It’s honestly deplorable how you treated my husband today!!!!

David is very unprofessional, he lies to the drivers and plants stuff in the truck so that you get a cleaning fee that is not in their policies. high cpm but no miles. Steve the owner is a good guy and Scott the recruiter is an amazing help he is there for you day or night to help you whenever you need it. Trucks are not maintenance like they should be causing break downs and causing drivers to sit. No pretrips doen. Had a 100 mile run and sat on it for 13 hrs because they screwed up the appointment time. Should have never came back when I quit the first time. They say they lost money on me when they stole $675 from me.
