We asked for a volcano pedicure and we got that but not the full one. They were rushing didn't even get my feet wet good. I have had some bad experiences but this one tops it off. Then over charged us for this. It was awful

I came in without time to cover the services that I originally requested, and the owner (I'm assuming) assured me that next time, I could inform him of my constraints and he would accommodate by placing more than one technician to meet my needs in a timely manner. My requests are always accommodated and I have never left unhappy. Great customer service, and quick efficient work. 100% recommend.

The owner is usually good, however the employees will have an attitude and not do a good job if you don't want ALL the extra things they want to do. I didn't want to use their ATM and the employee, when using my card, walked off and left my card in the machine. I had to remove it myself and did not get a thank you or goodbye. I spent $90, but will not return. They are not professional. I will drive to Tupelo from now on.

Not enough great things can be said about the amazing works and art done by the techs at TC Nails. I’ve always left satisfied with my beautiful new set. I have a personal favorite, (when I’m very indecisive), he puts in the time to make sure his work is of excellent quality.
