We are selling our home and needed the septic system inspected and serviced. I called on Monday left a voicemail and Josh promptly returned my call and was able to fit me in their already busy schedule Thursday morning. Day of appointment Josh called to let me know they were on the way. I came home that afternoon and checked everything out I found everything neat and clean. No mess, no issues, and a wonderful job done. My invoice was texted to me and price was exactly as quoted and was a simple checkout process. I’m highly impressed and definitely recommend AAA Septic. They’re quick, efficient, and do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Thank you!!

Got in contact about someone coming to look at our septic. Was told someone would be out Tuesday. No one showed up. We have now called two or three times and left messages- we haven’t gotten any response.Edit after reply: this isn’t spam and you’d might remember me/my husband if you had better communication.

I had an appointment on 12-13-23 from 1-5 pm. I haven’t heard from no one . No one will return my calls nor the Warranty claim personnel calls. No one call to say the reason nor did anyone show up . This would have been my first time using you all.

Great folks to work with. I love that I can pick up the phone, they I know who I am from three years ago, and they get out here and do a great job. Seems like they did have a delay on their end, which was no problem, but they were quick to call and let me know and let me know when they would be out here.Services: Drain cleaning
