I was here at 4pm on July 13. Person with long hair who helped me was not at all professional. Was juggling a towel through the whole I was asking him a question. Very unprofessional. Disappointing.

AT&T location off of Spillway Brandon, Mississippi was very excellent. Nathaniel was extremely busy with a customer when I arrived to the store. As he was almost finish with customer waiting for information to be downloaded to her phone. He came over and ask what can he assist me? I told him I need to purchase a new iPhone due to mine keep shutting on/off. I did not want replacing a battery due to bad experience. He begins to explain all of iPhone on displays and which do I prefer. I choose the phone and explain to him. I have never been to this location, but I am pleased with his store. However, I did all of my business dealings with Dogwood location due to distance. I was shock female at that location told me no iPhone was in stock and it will have to be order online. She suggested Spillway locations. I am not sure what was going on that day, but it was not busy at all. Dogwood AT&T may have just lost my business as I frequently that location periodically. I am considering getting a I-watch soon because my 6 series need to be replace. Once again Thank You Nathaniel for assisting me.

AT&T - Spillway, Brandon, MS
This store has the worst customer service. I upgraded three of my phones last Wednesday there (five days ago), and my phone (Iphone 5 Pro) has an issue with the silence button not working. I took it back to the store today to have them replace it, and they would not replace the phone. I spoke to the manager on duty ~ Victoria and she had the worse customer service. I have been a long time AT&T Customer, but now I am shopping around for another service.

The manager, Victoria, is TRULY the nicest, most professional and knowledgable person I have ever met. I came in a few days ago with my grandmother (who does not know anything about iPhones or her own cellular plan) and Victoria did not mind at all how chaotic it was to deal with my grandmother. She was even being talked to rudely by another customer, and Victoria remained so professional and kind despite it! If you ever want to switch phone plans, get an upgrade, or your regular AT&T store is too packed (like the Dogwood one), you HAVE to come to this one! The best customer service I've ever received!
