We went to get information on an upgrade on an i-phone. The staff member wrote down all the information and presented us with a plan to keep all existing devices/plans. He then proceeded to tell us we qualified for a new "free" apple watch. This required adding data to our for plan. The ending offer (we still have in writing) showed our monthly bill increasing from $210.75 to $222. We were also informed we would have activation fees waived and additional discounts for other services/memberships that partner with ATT. The bill received following our agreement to the offer was $387.01. We re-visited the store and the manager informed us the watch was not free, it was a buy one get one free. This was not communicated in writing, or verbally to us during our initial visit to the store. We proceeded with questioning the invoice and the manager said he would be the activation fees waived. We asked why we weren't offered a second watch since we were billed for the cost of the 1st one. He told us the promotion had ended, but we were still locked in to the billing portion of it, but couldn't get the second "free" watch. After multiple phone calls to ATT customer service, we have been able to get the monthly billing down to $259.06. This is $444 per year more than we agreed to, and have in writing. The store has offered no more assistance in dealing with this.

The manager Jordan gives nothing less than 100% when it comes to customer service. Not to mention he can multitask servicing two customers at the same time. Thank you for all your help with correcting the problem's I was having with my bill. I totally appreciate you.

I came in yesterday with my family to switch over to AT&T & get new phones, and i’m so glad we did. We left with no unanswered questions and everything set up perfectly! The service and atmosphere was overall great. Raven was the main person who helped us that day and she was awesome!

They shut the store down early! Then when the phone rings and you call them they run to the back! I was trying to upgrade two devices. This is why people get fed up with local ATT stores!

I highly recommend this store. The wait time was short - a big plus! From what I observed of the staff as I was waiting, they worked well with the customers before me. Raven, who assisted me, was very kind and respectful. I admire her patience as I made decisions, changed my mind, had her repeat everything again - and again - and changed my mind. In the end, her sole wish was that I was happy after all was said and done. And I am.

Jarrad was wonderful in helping upgrade my phone. He was very pleasant to deal with. I haven't been in an AT&T in years and he helped me not only with my upgrade but also with helping me save money on my bill. He needs a promotion or to be in management. He was awesome.

Since September 2022, I’ve been dealing with multiple AT&T representatives, gone to multiple locations that got my no where .. including a corporate store in dogwood (Flowood, MS) and was treated so rudely. TODAY I went to the spillway location and Jarrad B handled my issue like an absolute pro!!!!! I was so impressed. He is an awesome employee and deserves a raise or bonus or something! He is so deserving! Thanks again Jarrad! I am finally enjoying my new iPhone 14 Pro! WhewwwwHoooooo!

I had the best experience. Jordan and Colby were so helpful and answered all my questions. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was explained everything to my understanding. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting a great experience with AT&T. I also recommend these guys getting a raise!! They deserve it!!
