I called Addison to schedule a time for him to take a look, and during that call, he did something rare: instead of taking advantage of my uncertainty and charging me for diagnostics or repairs, he recommended we contact the dealership due to a warranty extension he knew about for our make and model. Sure enough, the issue was covered, and the dealer replaced the fuel injectors at no cost.
