My mom and I visited this branch on yesterday to simply make a deposit and withdraw $100. Upon our arrival at the drive thru window, we were greeted by a young Caucasian man. He appeared to be very nice, but he soon revealed what I perceived as racism. He asked us how he could assist, and I explained to him that my mom wanted to both deposit $300 and withdraw $158 from her checking account. We then waited about 10 minutes before he returned to assist us. He asked for my mom to send both her ID and debit card, which we both found strange because an ID will suffice to pull up a bank account. So, my mom only sent her ID. He passively aggressively asked for her debit card again, and before I could respond he abruptly said “never mind my coworker will finish assisting you”. At that moment, I began to perceive racism but I simply responded “ok”. Then, his coworker, a middle-aged Asian woman, proceeded to assist about three Caucasian customers, who arrived to the drive thru after my mom and I, before she assisted us. In addition, the young Caucasian male worker returned to the drive thru. I witnessed him tell the Caucasian customers to have a good day before they left the drive thru. After waiting about 20 minutes, he sent down my mom’s receipt and cash without saying a word. It’s sad to say that this isn’t my first time being racially discriminated against and probably won’t be my last. However, I have a voice and I will use it every single time I am discriminated against because racism is both unprofessional and unacceptable! I’m very disgusted with my 30-minute visit, on yesterday, to this particular branch, and I will not be returning there ever.

I've been a customer for 15 years. Over the years mistakes have happened but were promptly addressed. From putting my deposit into the wrong account to paying a loan twice, etc. Usually these mishaps get fixed right away but they've finally pulled my last straw. The customer service is lacking. Management is nonexistent.

To allow the Brandon Branch to call themselves a community establishment for their members and employees is an egregious, out right lie. The women should be ashamed of themselves, Community Bank, more like Racist/Discrimination Bank of Brandon. Giving out people's personal information, violating FEDERAL LABOR and HIPPA LAWS. This place is not a bank, it's a cesspool of drama and ignorance. Do not bank or work for this company. You will have your personal liberties stripped from you and shuffled through their slave ship, you are a number, not a person. The turnover is ridiculous. Look at who you bank with, this is not an equal opportunity establishment.

I’ve been banking at community bank for 8 years now. I love this bank, but the girls & the older lady that work at the drive through windows are always so rude at this location. I stopped coming to this location when the new older lady first started & I usually have to drive out of my way to go to the other locations... it’s ridiculous I even have to do that.

I’ve been working for over three weeks to resolve an issue with my checking account that was a bank error and cannot get anyone to handle the matter. I’m very disappointed as I’ve been a customer for many years!

My husband and I love Community Bank!! When buying our first home, Martin was extremely helpful and always went above and beyond in everything. He explained it all so well to us so there was complete clarity every step of the way. We are so thankful for Community Bank and Martin Keil!! If you're looking for a customer service oriented bank with staff who truly care, you've come to the right place!!

I absolutely love this bank. The lady at the front will greet you with a smile on her face as soon as you walk in. The tellers work quickly and happily answer any questions you might have, such as how much money you have in your account or when your new card is expected to come in the mail.. and if you've lost your card, you can call them and they will cancel it and have another one ready to send to you right away. Also, you don't get charged an ATM fee when you withdraw money, which can't be said for MANY other banks. I definitely will not stop banking at Community Bank. If you're thinking about switching banks or just moved to Brandon and want to find a great bank, THIS bank is the best. I hope this review helps somebody.
