“I forgot to leave this review a couple weeks ago but I just want to sing the praises of Zachary that seemed like a new employee but still went out of his way to be extremely helpful and courteous to me and answered all of my questions spectacularly. Y'all got a good one!
Much better experience than I had last time I went where the one employee I saw in the printer area just playing on her phone ignoring me.”
“Savien (manager) and Jordyn (Customer Service) were very helpful and thorough
with the process to help me return my purchase and get a new one. Great service and highly recommend this Flowood branch.”

“It's an old school sort of shop and the guy that I dealt with was not very patient, but he was really nice about it. I bought a refurbished laptop here that was fairly priced and I'm satisfied with the whole experience. It's a business so don't expect to get something for nothing.”
