Accepted the rental, waited 3 days for them to actually have a car to be told they had to upgrade me so now waiting for a call to tell me I have to drive 1/2 back to switch out the vehicle. Not impressed at all. Oh yeah and don't bother calling they don't answer the phone most of the time.

I recently ordered a van the evening before I needed it and the staff went over and beyond with assisting me. The wait for the vehicle was overlooked by me because they accommodated me beyond what I expected. Such great staff. I wish I could remember their names. However, as a team they were awesome! I will definitely rent through them again.

I see everyone is having the same issue I’m having. Reserved 2 15 passenger vans 3 months in advance. When I called to check on it, oh we don’t even rent those. Well why would your website even let me reserve it. I was given the regional manager number. Called all last week and did not get not one response. Now my family of 30 plus has to figure out a different way to vacation. This place is a joke. Im never renting for enterprise again. Im also a travel agent so I’ll be sure my clients do not rent from them again either! So unprofessional

I give this location a ONE star review, we use this location for the one ton rental trucks for our business. We have ran into MULTIPLE issues with them, especially the manager, Stosha.FIRST COMPLAINT:• Whether we are in the rental vehicles or not, Everytime I try to call them via phone call nobody answers the phone. Today, I tried calling with just a regular phone call TWICE & it went to voicemail. Later this afternoon I called again but this time I called with *67 so that it blocked my caller ID & someone picked up immediately. So that’s poor customer service on their part. This has happened multiple times but at this point I’m fed up.SECOND COMPLAINT:• We had a agreed upon contract that stated the daily rate with the allowed mileage and the manager informed that regardless of our contract the rates were changing and that the mileage overage was going to be charged BEFORE the vehicle was return with no determination of exact miles gone over.THIRD COMPLAINT:• The lack of professionalism is appalling & the manager makes us feel as if we’re an inconvenience instead of focusing on providing a customer service experience.Then she made the comment that her employees don’t know what they’re doing & they’re not doing their job bc again it’s inconsistency & the unprofessionalism that’s very disturbing when you are spending several thousand dollars with a company.FOURTH COMPLAINT:• There was an inconsistency with the rates quoted in order to extend the rental.Our customer service with the manager was subpar & disappointing to say the least.I contacted a different branch today, and it was a pleasant experience so I will be taking my business to a different branch!!!We also have all the documents to stand behind this review!!Also , once a received the vehicle the “Oil Change Soon” was on the truck and they claim that the truck had been in the shop for a 2 week prior to us renting. So you’re telling me that the truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks & not once was there an oil change???? Ridiculous!!!

I’m determined not to let anyone ruin my vacay but Enterprise really screwed us today. We always rent from them and have always had stellar service. I am an over planner. I book everything way in advance. I booked our car rental in April of 2022 to be picked up today. We arrive about five mins before our pickup time of 11am to be told by the uncaring employee at Richland MS branch that she had no car for us. (Keep in mind there were multiple cars, 8-9, in the parking lot and no other customers there) She said the only couple vehicles they had needed maintenance and could not be rented. I asked how could she help and did any other nearby locations have anything and could transfer our reservation. She said she could give me phone numbers to other locations but couldn’t see their inventory and couldn’t call. I asked again how could she help because we made the reservation almost a year ago and no one let us know nothing was available. Not to mention the locations around here close at noon on Saturdays and it was now 11:15. She continued to be rude and uncaring and she said nothing could do besides give me a number to Brandon location. I asked why no one called me or tried to get a vehicle there if they had none. She said she can only see reservations day of and didn’t know the cars returned would need maintenance. I said that was untrue because the reservation I had for last year, the manager at that same location called me the day before to confirm if I still needed it because he was calling around to find me a car because they were low on inventory. He did this and fulfilled our reservation on time with great service. Why did no one do that this time? She never apologized and repeated, do I want the number to Brandon location. I told her no thank you and asked her name. She said her name is Shenika. I am beyond angry. I left called enterprise Brandon number and was connected with call center who told me it looks like Brandon had a car and did I want to reserve it. At this time it is about 11:30 they close at 12. They could not transfer my reservation and I would have to make a new one and pay even though this one was already booked and paid through my credit card. I said never mind. Granted we will be fine and will just drive our car. We usually rent cars on long trips to avoid putting miles on ours and I had enough credit card rewards to cover it. I called American express who I booked through and they cancelled it and were more than nice and helpful and shocked and disappointed at the service I received at Enterprise. I have contacted enterprise customer Support and will wait to hear back after our trip. So far I have only got canned responses of things happen and they hope I will give them another shot. We will see what they say, but I don’t recommend as of now now and this is a place I have always used and recommended.

Reserved truck online and called location to confirm and was told everything was good. Less than 20 hours of pick up time received an email from management letting me know that a truck was not available for me. I contacted the management person Tia, I explained the situation and she would check on a truck in theMorning. Never heard back from her. Poor staff and customer service, not the type of service I have had prior management.

I had to get a trailer and rent a truck to pick up a motorcycle that I was purchasing. The crew was exceptional. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Both the checkout and check in only took about 5 minutes. Got a great rate and truck. Felt very secure on my journey. Will rent from them again!!

Our company has being doing work in the area and needed extra vehicles to complete out contract in the area. The workers here were exceptional and made the experience smooth and seamless. I worked with TK in the office and he was a professional and a gentleman. I'd like to thank all the personnel in that office for the assistance.
