Absolutely the best GNC I’ve been too. The local owner was present upon my visit and assisted me with product search. Very knowledgeable and very kind.

Came in looking for one product, salesperson greeted me inquired about what I was looking for. Listened to me and actually steered me to a better choice that was less expensive. Love it!

Being a franchised business, I wouldn't expect there to be animosity between stores. However, from the shop talk between employees makes you believe otherwise.Also, I realized my presence was just as distracting/annoying as their shop talk when one individual asks for the second time, "Are you looking for anything in particular, BUB?"As a former retail sales associate and current business professional, it seems courtesy and service have gone to the wayside.Aside from the distracting conversation, it may not take customers so long if you had a better inventory, interacted, and informed.

I went into this store today. The employee that was working was placing drinks on the shelf he looked at me, but did not acknowledge me. Once he look at me I stated “ hey how you doing” he did not say anything at first. At this moment “I stated it again hey how you doing”. He then stated with an angry look give me a second. At this time I then just walked out. I mean I am a customer, why you can’t just acknowledge me. As well as I was just speaking to you, why this employee couldn’t speak back. I would say what I think the reason why but I am going to keep it to myself.

This is 6th trip to this GNC location. I was very hesitant to go based on the reviews but I have had nothing but great experiences here. The manager is always nice. They have always had everything in stock that I needed. Don’t let the bad reviews push you away. Go try it for yourself I had a totally different experience than what I thought I would have. I highly recommend this store and their trained professionals!

The Store Manager Brian is extremely rude and cocky..He definitely doesn't know anything about Customer Service! Will not be going to this GNC or Pearl or Flowood Mississippi since they are owned by the same person!! Order online from now on if you absolutely need stuff from GNC!

The Crossgates GNC location is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their shelves are always stocked with the products I'm looking for, and on the chance they aren't they will make sure to order and call me when the products come in.

Good luck with the point system. I’ve spent well over 1k at this location just to have them tell me that I have no points and my number doesn’t show up. If you truly read these reviews I strongly advise you go to max fit nutrition in flowood instead. EVEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO TO MAXFIT WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A MULTIVITAMIN. Waste of time and money.
