Kroger pharmacy at Spillway Rd. Is Always kind, respectful, and knowledgeable to their customers. It's a pleasure to do business with good people.
Joanne Lewis is especially a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, and always has a great attitude and work ethic. Along with all the other staff there. Very helpful.

Pharmacist Mike Still has been exceptional in meeting all of my pharmaceutical needs. He ensures my refills are timely, and even went out of his way to track down a rare medication that was hard to find. His dedication and customer service are outstanding. I highly recommend him—10/10!

Amazing pharmacy with an amazing staff. The pharmacist Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to discuss meds with patients and alleviate their concerns. The staff truly are a godsend.

This pharmacy has the absolute best staff, Michael, Leslie, Sonya, Kathryn, Joann and others. They are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond what they are required to do. Recently, I had to pick up a script at the Kroger Pharmacy in Brandon on Hwy 80 and the staff in that pharmacy ignored me for a while, didn’t speak to me at all and eventually shoved my script at me. The experience made me truly appreciate my Kroger Pharmacy at Spillway.

My experiences with this pharmacy are very good. And Michael Still, the pharmacist, never fails to make me feel welcome and cared for. He’s given me several vaccines and answered various question about prescriptions. Excellent customer service, IMO.

I have been on a medication for 8 months now and every month I have to skip a couple days because this pharmacy refuses to keep my medicine in stock. I have asked corporate, I’ve talked with several pharmacist, they do not care that I suffer once a month without because they refuse to reorder

Leslie, who works in the pharmacy went above and beyond the call of duty trying to get a discount for me on a very expensive drug. She searched the internet on her computer and when she found something she thought I would qualify for, she filled in all the info online and they sent my email a confirmation. The confirmation number didn't work and she politely picked up the phone and called them directly on my behalf. Because of her, I was approved and $500 was taken off the cost. Needless to say, I appreciate her helping a total stranger receive a benefit I would not have gotten without her.
