“I recently went here on May 3rd to get my passport process started. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived early. There was one person ahead of me, but I didn't mind waiting. The staff were super friendly and let me wait in the waiting area until they were ready for me. 1000/10 experience here!”

“I absolutely LOVE my 39047 post office. The customer service is above and beyond. I wish their landlord would take better care of the parking lot for their strip, but that isn't the post office's job. We have home delivery and I have a box for my business. I've had large packages all the way down to live chickens delivered to me with care. Today, the lady ran me down in the parking lot because the package I'd asked about was coming in, and she wanted to make sure I got it. I get EVERYTHING delivered to my po box location, so i never have to worry about theft, weather, or lost ANYTHING, even when I'm out if town. It's perfect. 10/10”

“I stopped by to mail a package a few days ago and the 2 ladies working there were the nicest people with smiles on their faces! You don’t usually observe that at other post offices. I wish they could get recognition for their kindness.”

“The tall white old man at the counter was very rude when I asked him if priority mail is also insured and tracked for mailing to canada but he rudely replied to me that only priority express mail is insured and tracked . I knew he was wrong but he shook his head when I questioned him and he called onto next customer to aid. Priority express mail is double the cost of priority mail even though both are insured and tracked. I wouldn’t want to use something that cost double if I can save money using cheaper option especially if I am not in a rush to deliver something and okay getting it deliver 6-10 days as stated. The tall white man should get retrained on getting facts straight and shouldn’t be telling wrong information to customers and be rude at the same time. So I immediately left , didn’t say anything, went to Madison usps location to mail out priority mail to canada without any issue.”
