Absolutely no empathy at ALL. I lost my credentials alone with my bankcard. Went to the 101 Spann branch with an expired driver license alone with birth certificate and other documents. I understood with an expired driver license, they would utilize due diligence and not afford me access or information which for securities reason I'm ok with. However, I did expect for the branch to review my account for fraudulent transaction and make recommendations to secure the account until I could secure proper identification. A gentlemen identifying himself as Branch Manager showed no empathy while denying to even review the account despite the fact I accessed it on my mobile phone while at the branch and told him everything about the account. He recommended I call the 800 number which I had done and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes as I droved to the branch. I asked what would happen if someone was wiping out my account while I waited half the day for a new driver license. No empathy or appreciation for a 30+ year customer. Ironically, I proceeded to the Dogwood branch whereas the young lady was very helpful. Without giving me any pertinent information, she signed in and review all transactions since the day I lost my credentials. She not only made recommendations, she also followed up with a call to ensure everything was ok. Now that's customer service sir.

I have been a customer of Regions for 10+ years but I've never experienced customer service like I did from the Spillway branch. The team made my experience personal & all about me.

Jack D. W. Knows what he's doing.My family is going through an identity fraud crisis and he's just running through it no problem. I appreciate the confidence and competence. Solid branch, solid folks.

The manager was rude and unwilling to help.My grandfather has Parkinson’s disease and cannot remember his account number. This has never been an issue because the other regions banks look him up with his birthday, address, or SSN number. I recognize it’s a little more work are but we’ve never had an issue.The manger refused to even try to help us and then became rude and raised his voice. We couldn’t understand why you can just look up our account and he wouldn’t explain why either he became rude and It was unnecessary.

Bj has to be the nicest & most patient human on the planet. He sat with me for an hour or longer with the mortgage company on the phone trying to help me fix a problem. Who knows If that is part of his job description (I doubt it is) but he didn’t even blink an eye. Him and Scott got it figured out and were so nice. I have been with regions for 15 years and have never experienced the customer service that I get from the spillway location, all employees. The blonde teller always is smiling, bj knows me by name (probably because I bother him so much), and Scott all are so nice and welcoming. They make you feel like a valued customer. Thank you!
