Ms. Jeannie is the BEST!!!! She has the best customer service. She was able to answer all my questions. Her smile is contagious. Would highly recommend this storage place to everyone. Please if you have a need for a storage unit, please go see her. They have all different sizes at affordable rates. Highly recommend this place!!

This experience was awesome! We live 7hrs away and I purchased this storage for my daughter in college. We never had any issues! Communication was top tier and the staff was so helpful and professional! Thanks for the last four years!!!!

Their customer service is terrible. They put a lock on my storage unit without telling me anything. When it was my time for moving day they never came to unlock the storage and when my mom called they hung up in her face.

Needed a climate controlled unit to go along with the outdoor unit we already have at StorageMax. Jessica reached out to us in advance of the move in date to ensure we had all we needed along with getting us setup with a unit of adequate size. Upon arrival she showed us multiple units and sizes that were available, all units were very clean and ready for use. The entire climate controlled area was very clean and well kept.
