Subway is my favorite Friday lunch, and the one on Holly bush Road is the best. The staff is always really friendly, and everything I have ordered has been top notch. I love their sandwiches, and will continue to go back.

Let me start by saying that I visit this location 3-4 a week. I am a faithful customer and spend about $50 on average every visit. I placed an order online Monday shortly after being discharged from the hospital. When I got there, the owner was being really slow fixing other orders so I just held conversation with another customer in line. She was complaining, but no big deal. The long wait isn’t ideal. I told the owner that I had 2 online orders but it happened that one did not go through properly so I submitted again. At that moment, another gentlemen walked in. The owner pulled my receipt and then sat it elsewhere instead of making my food. He then allowed the gentleman to go in front of me, although 2 of my sandwiches sat there cold. He started raising his voice at me. I stood on the other end while he intentionally held out on making my food. At that moment he walks down to me and asks if I don’t like his service. I said no sir. Because you took other customers in front of me. When I was next. The owner started yelling at me very loudly to where my dad had to walk in and diffuse the situation. On the app, I asked for black olives. The owner took the cheat sheet paper off his ledge and yelled that I cannot read or count and needed to count the 12 olives I’m supposed to get. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, especially being sick. My family and I will never spend money with this owner ever again.

I usually dont expect much from fast food chains but the new manager working was super friendly and welcoming! Even though the line was long, I was in and out. Ingredients were also fresh and clean. I enjoyed my sandwich! Highly recommend!!

Subway is a regular stop for us, and our favorite fast food. The staff are always friendly and the sandwich and pizza toppings are always fresh.

Went in for $20 worth of food. There was a very sweet girl working and a rude older woman. She rushed me while trying to decide what I wanted on one of my sandwiches and then put so much mayonnaise on it that I couldn't even eat it without gagging. The bread on both footlongs were stale. They also don't accept coupons. Right down the street from my house but I won't EVER be going back.

I had ordered on line with the Subway app.The process was easy. I requested curbside contactless pickup. The app said my single footling sandwich order will be ready in 10 minutes which was great because I live 10 min drive away.When I arrived I chose in the app "I'm Here", it replied back "Whoo it's not ready yet, try again in 5 minutes".I waited another 5 min and repeated previous step only to again get the "not ready" reply .I went inside the store to see a line of 4 other customers, now I see why my order that was placed 25 min earlier was not ready. But to my amazement my sandwich was in the prep line, so I can now understand the longer than expected wait as there was ONLY 1 employee making sandwiches.

I have had more than one unpleasant experience here. The owner is usually nice and even went out of his way to make tea at the end of the day when I came in near closing; however, there is a female worker who never fails to be extremely rude and obviously hates her job. She should not be working in customer service whatsoever. Terrible people skills and makes you feel like a burden just for walking in. Please fix this subway...

Something needs to be done with this restaurant.. I feel violated after leaving this location.. Satan himself would provide better customer service.. The staff was more interested in closing 30 minutes from closing time than doing their job.. I expect more from sandwich artists..Finding ingredients that they actually had was a chore and they refused to get more simply stating we are out of spinach and lettuce.. How do you run out of lettuce, this is the foundation of any great sandwich?? When presenting them with a coupon the staff looked at me like I had a Buick on my forehead and then acted as if I had presented them with the Dead Sea scrolls (Hebrew version). Needless to say the attempt at using my subway sanctioned coupon was an utter and complete failure.. I then attempted to get a drink at the drink machine and was almost accosted because I had the nerve to get in the way of the employee wanting to clean it because obviously that was more important than me quenching my thirst.. Cleanliness was horrid, not sure who is on the payroll at the health department.. With the amount of lettuce smattered across the floor it was no wonder they ran out. There was enough on the floor to make sandwiches for an entire polka band loaded into the back of a 26 foot uhaul.. All in all this has been the worst restaurant experience in prerecorded history. You have to try to be this bad and in that regard they excel..
