Customer Service: I have mixed feelings. My husband called to state we are visiting and needed assistance with a printed label from Amazon so I can return a package. They then charged him $1.87 for computer use of 5 minutes in which he did not spend anytime on a computer. The staff printed the label at the register area.The staff were very nice. I personally feel that there should be a location to pack, label & seal the package being sent to Amazon especially for those who do not have the resources or time.Stars removed is for not being more driven to show great customer service.Location: Pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located to proximity of where we are visiting.

This UPS store was easy to find. The wait in line time was not long at all. The employees were very helpful, professional, and kind. I had a very large and heavy package to return. One employee had to help unload it and bring it inside for me. He did so with much kindness and professionalism without making me feel like it was a problem. The lady at the counter was very quick to get me my receipt. I was in and out of the UPS store in around 5 minutes. This store made my opinion of UPS much more positive. Other than returns, this UPS store does packaging, faxes, makes copies, shreds paper, ships items, rents mailboxes, and I am sure much more.

They put my label that I paid for on someone else's package. I came back to find out what happened to my package, and they said they could not help me because they were an independent store and did not have to comply with the normal UPS policies. They said it was my fault I didn't stay and watch the employee put the label on the correct box.

Quiet, quick, and easy to get done. Staff is precise with their questions, so you don't have to explain everything.Wonderful to be in and out in less than 5 minutes

They travel in packs, they put trucks in front of customers and threaten to not deliver packages unless you follow their ideology. This is manipulation and control. Corruption at its finest. I would never let my packages go through this carrier if it was an option. They along with other businesses have started this practice. Display of fake power over customers and basic control. Liberty is here not communism.

Well this is our second package that apparently didn't leave the store . Call ups they say call the store call the store they say Ups has the package yet no tracking other than the label being printed now 4 days to Christmas.not one person can tell me where the package is or has been. Pacckage should have been delivered today still no word or information on the package . Can't purchase insurance because we used our own box . Waiting on results and not holding my breath. Update no information as of 12/27/2022 and I expect no help or any kind of real explanation other than the package was stolen .we are in 2023 now this store will never handle any package for us again and I will review it every where I can as being a bad location for ups .
