Just received a delivery on a Sunday from an individual driving the iconic USPS vehicle. I went outside to get the Amazon box (it is too big for the mailbox) and I found it in the most unexpected spot. The parcel was not left on the front porch, which spans the length of the house and is covered. The package was not left under the carport, which is also covered and has the added benefit of a bench placed out of the elements. No.... I found the box placed in the grass, under the open sky, against the down spout of the gutters. Seriously! It's raining!!! Why there? I don't understand the idiotic decisions of individuals today.

I absolutely LOVE my 39047 post office. The customer service is above and beyond. I wish their landlord would take better care of the parking lot for their strip, but that isn't the post office's job. We have home delivery and I have a box for my business. I've had large packages all the way down to live chickens delivered to me with care. Today, the lady ran me down in the parking lot because the package I'd asked about was coming in, and she wanted to make sure I got it. I get EVERYTHING delivered to my po box location, so i never have to worry about theft, weather, or lost ANYTHING, even when I'm out if town. It's perfect. 10/10

Package held for pickup “at customer request”?? Seeing these reviews lets me know someone doesn’t feel like doing their job. I pay for shipping so I want it shipped to my house.

Whoever drop off my mail on March 10, 2025 in Oak Grove neighborhood. Just almost ran over my dog and didn’t even hit their breaks. They also did nothing and ignored us after the matter.

Terrible service, I have a package coming to me and has been at jackson distribution center since Dec. 23. Also I sent a package out on Jan14 and the tracking on it still shows at the jackson distribution center. Unacceptable service.

When we attempt to mail something using out mailbox with the flag up, the article is left in the box with incoming mail placed on top of it and the flag left up. Mail carriers on this route are not reliable. Also, mailboxes are often left open in the neighborhood.

I have went there on two occasions to mail off packages and the person at the front counter was rude and impatient both times. Customer service is not taken seriously at this location.

5 stars for the gentleman who helped me! Mr. Brad was prompt, professional, and friendly!! I needed help getting my apartment mail keys changed out and he followed up immediately and got it done. Thank you, thank you!!

It's shameful how poor the customer service at this post office has become. Management at Headquarters downtown should really take a look at what's happening at this location. They are not responsive to the taxpaying public--not even answering the telephone nor responding to emails.
