I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Mr. Jeremiah at the Brookhaven, MS store. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Jeremiah was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. His professionalism and expertise were truly impressive, and he took the time to thoroughly explain all my options and answer every question I had.
Mr. Jeremiah’s helpfulness and guidance made what could have been a daunting task a seamless and stress-free experience. His patience and kindness were greatly appreciated, and I felt valued and respected as a customer. He is a true asset to the team at Brookhaven, and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking assistance.

Currently typing this from my new Verizon iPhone 14. Way better service, customer service exceeds expectations. AT&T is horrible. Would give them a 0 if I could. Brookhaven store is full of rude employees. They tried to refuse us service yesterday and then locked the door before closing and tried to hide before and act like they were gone. Sure am glad to have Verizon. Won’t miss those useless idiots at AT&T.

The Brookhaven store is slow. The Kiosks is never working, and they never have enough people working for the number of customers flowing through . If they do the employees are hiding in the back.

I went in to get a prepaid service. I wanted my old number. I gor a message saying that it was a problem with the port. I went back to the store and tried to get a new number but since I had already paid for the month they wanted me to pay another month's bill. So now my phone isn't receiving phone calls or messages unless it's at&t
