The finance manager, Dave Carona walked me through every step of the financing process and even made a point to beat my normal bank’s rate to make sure that I was satisfied. After the sale was complete (when most dealerships would have been done with me) Dave came outside and showed me how everything worked. “Spoke to John about a car leaking coolant - my wife and I were stranded there overnight and needed a repair ASAP to make the long drive home. John offered to look at it first thing that morning and was able to determine it was the coolant pump. He charged a more than fair rate, got the part, and had us on the road in only a few hours. He was insanely reasonable and kind and I'd recommend him any day of the week for his work and generosity.”
“They received my car after hours Monday evening when it was towed up to their parking lot . I called Tuesday and explained what was wrong. The person answering the phone was informative and friendly . She had the part sent to them and I had my vehicle by Thursday even though they were swamped they took time to get mine done Thank you R&G you rock!!”
“Traveling from Houma Louisiana to Indiana yesterday, I had a tire blow out on my loaded trailer. Too heavy and too far from home to rely on the other tire beside it, so a quick google search brought me to them. They have a clean, squared away facility, and everyone there was accommodating and helpful. They got right on my tire and I was back on the road in no time and it wasn’t an inflated price. The world needs more businesses like this.”
