I went by the business office to try and rent a truck one way. The woman at the front desk told me that "her" trucks were only rented to people who wanted to use them locally..?? but the day before she quoted my wife a price for a one way rental... I don't get it..

Hours are not helpful. Not open till 9:00 and must be back by 4:30 or have to pay for another day. No key drop, no early pick up.

Not good customer service and had to stand out side a building like a thief while lady check milage upon my return!!!! NEVER AGAIN
