Watch out for the predatory company A1 Towing. They’re still operating around Memphis, Tennessee, and Byhalia, Mississippi, targeting trucks for towing. A class-action lawsuit has been ongoing since last year, but there hasn’t been a resolution yet. They’ve had their license suspended multiple times for 30 days. Be extremely cautious—they’re still active, but I don’t believe they’ll be around much longer. Hopefully, the state steps in soon.

Truckers, be aware! They'll issue a $500 ticket for not paying a parking, the guy showed up with a towing truck after 15 minutes and gave me a $500 ticket without option to pay a parking because no one was at the site but everything seems to be a typical Memphis scam. I googled them (A-ticket LLC) and found several articles about them as a scam company.

Be VERY wary of truck parking here, even overnight. They use the scam company S-Line Parking, aka A1 Towing. They are under multiple charges and lawsuits for racketeering, illegal towing, Towing a truck with a driver in the bunk, resisting arrest and leaked credit card data, reports say.
Some truck stops say they've been entrapped in contracts and lost their customer base as A1 abuses them. One station owner says he's barricaded his own lot in a bid to protect truckers from these predators.
Park elsewhere!!

They will boot your windshield i was taking a hour nap in driver seat till i heard the guy bump my truck woke me up and i hurry got my hand under it and ran him off not even 45 mins they will boot you i will never shop or spend my time here again

The worst place of all, they don't have signs that say you have to pay for parking and the tow truck puts a boot on you and you have to pay in 30 minutes or your truck will be towed fees$450 plus $15 parking fee
I arrived late at night I was very tired I just wanted to eat and sleep and I bought food, water and other things and they didn't tell me anything about parking

Truckers , do not even stop. There is parking mafia here. They locked my truck tires without explanation and made me have to pay for $272. They are thief. Be aware !!!
