It took me only mostly 4 hours to get everything completed I mean all down to the insurance and everything! Received my vehicle from another city the next morning when I tell you they don’t play?and i couldn’t of did any of it without the guidance of Demetrius williams??if you don’t get with him ion know what you doing!!!!

Our experience with Crain Auto could not have been any better. They were very friendly and there was no hard selling. We showed up and drove the car, on the next day we drove the car again and signed the paperwork. Fair prices. Great service. We are from TN, and we had our title within a few business days. Would recommend.

Agreed on a cash price and after me and my wife took off work and drove 1.5 hrs the price was not what they told me, said someone made a mistake. Didnt try to make it right. Wasted our time and fuel getting there.

If you're looking for a good quality used car, I would definitely recommend this place. I went up there just to look around and the staff was very helpful. Everyone up there is so friendly but not pushy like most car lots. I test drove a 2010 ford fusion and loved it. This trip was definitely a WIN WIN, I snagged a good deal and got the best customer service I could ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
