The property is clean. The apartments are a little worn but still very descent. The maintenance is very well kept.The manager is awesome. I feel that my loved ones who live there are safe.

I would like to know who owns this property. Looked and looked, can't find that Carpenter owns them. Would like a hard copy of all deductions that are allowed for recertification.
