BankPlus is noted for its quick loan processing, which can take just a day. The staff are consistently described as very friendly and welcoming, greeting customers with a smile. Some customers express a desire for the business to offer auto loans. A point of feedback is that the drive-thru hours can be inconsistent, sometimes closing earlier than expected with only the ATM available.
