I wanted to tell Mr. Brent and his team Thank you!!! I had a door handle to break and I could not get in my vehicle from the outside. They replaced my door handle with a better quality handle than the manufacturer and charge 58% less than the dealership and I was in by 8 they had me on my way before lunch. Awesome Job let’s give our Local business a chance to work well for us!!!

Quick, friendly & reasonably prriced- I Strongly recommend Cartust for an oil change!! The group has worked together for awhile, knew their roles well, and were very friendly to boot!!! I not3d that another customer had dropped off earlier, so- they'll accommodate you on your terms. A rare jem.

Will not be back. Total disrespect. The guy changing my oil right now is completely rude. Every thing he has said to me has been a command. He has not asked nicely for anything. Sat here for 15 minutes. Nobody greeted me. I watch them walk around casually, talking to each other casually, small talk, but nobody speaks to the customer waiting. I finally ask one of the men how long the wait is for an oil change. He says "typically 15 minutes." So I ask what is it today with what you got going on today. He says "15 minutes" as in an "I just told you that" attitude. Almost 10 minutes go by & a truck with a man in it pulls up. The man that talked to me goes up to him IMMEDIATELY with a completely different tone of voice, "Hey! How you doing today? What can we do for you today?" This is right beside me as if he's slapping me in the face because I'm a woman. That is the only time anyone has spoken to me in the 30 minutes I've been here & that is when I asked. Very poor customer service & much disrespect & rudeness to me here today 2/7/23 @ 9:00 AM, now 9:53 AM.
