“Everything was fine but I did feel like the service was rushed. It made me very uneasy hoping they didnt mess anything up but so far no leaks. I also didn't get an updated sticker for my window to know when to come back. They were arguing a little bit so I think that's why everything was fully done correct. Honestly, I did tell myself I was going to go to a different location next time. Overall, their attitude towards me was good and again, so far no leaks. Also, the price was about $20 extra, i guess because of the oil situation, but it's life.”

“I usually go to a competitors but they was closed down. So I gave this place a try. Car cleaned up nice. Loved that they had towels to use. That's a huge selling point and wonder why other car washes don't do the same. They have window cleaner but it's different. It's one of the nozzles by the air ones. I was shocked for I was looking for a bottle. Definitely would go there again. If you looking for towels, there in an orange/red locker. They are not in the car stalls. Enjoy ya wash!!!”

“I really enjoy it now everytime I go it’s clean . I’m not stuffing trash down a full trash can anymore . You can catch the owners there cleaning bays and assisting customers. I had my floor mats hung up as I was vacuuming. The owner as if he could spray it off me I said sure you don’t have to. He insisted he sprayed and dried them off with a smile . But you should definitely swing by there and support them. Because they are supporting us with convenience and maintaining all bays, and equipment !!!! For a superior experience”

I am in Richland so much and decided to use your location and was I ever pleased. 1. Your coin machine worked and there was no problem receiving change. 2. You have instructions posted for each step and what the steps detail. This information will be useful for newbies.
(I wish I had taken my second vehicle to your location on this same day as I wasted $10 on 2 stalls in which the high-pressure soap did not work. Although I hated using the brush, after cleaning it, I was afraid of taking the chance of messing up a new paint job.) I will continue to use your facility.”
