I go to this location multiple times a week, some weeks daily. I always have a fast and pleasant experience. The bank staff is courteous and personable if given the chance. Some of these comments about the horrible wait time fail to include that the customers ahead of them are being difficult or the line is out the door because this is a high traffic location. I have heard many of their customers be very rude to them and they always do their best to mitigate the situation. PSA: It's not the tellers fault you mismanaged your money and bounced a $5 check at the pharmacy.

I have been banking with the Byram branch of Regions and specifically with the Branch manager Lori for over 3 years. I have always been treated with professionalism and respect. Lori is very knowledgeable and is very caring. She has always handled my needs promptly and expertly and has gone above and beyond to make sure my very complicated, complex banking requests were met. I highly recommend this branch !

Lauren Moore helped me open a bank account. As a student, she made me so comfortable and informed me on everything I needed to know. I really feel I am in good hands with Regions thanks to her.

This is the worst Branch ever. Horrible service, Horrible Branch Manager. Laurie doesn’t care and will not take the time to help needing customers as myself I have been treated Horribly 3x now at that Branch and she is the main reason. She doesn’t care and give false promises. She never comes out the office to talk to you about your situation even if you beg for her assistance. She screens her calls, she has the team to always take a message and never gives follow up calls, she always says she is busy on calls. I no longer am interested in doing my business with her and regions and especially that branch ever again and I will take my business elsewhere where I’m appreciated and I feel wanted and where the Branch Manager and staff makes an effort to listen to me and give me direction. I will be taking dissatisfaction to the Top.

I have had nothing but positive encounters with the Regions Byram Branch. The branch manager helped me out tremendously with my banking needs. Very friendly and helpful.

John Ross did an amazing job helping us. A name change and adding my husband to my account. He made the process very easy and explained everything to us. Everyone in the branch was very kind and courteous.

This is the worst branch! I have been a customer seen Sunburst that 30 plus years. Every time I have to go inside for my banking needs, it takes forever and that might be okay, but the tellers/bankers have no drive, and are just plain rude for no reason, everyone just seems to be really really unhappy to be there. Everyone always have to ask two or three people before they can help you and you still don’t receive satisfactory results. I could go on and on with many instances about this branch, it seems if they want to give you a reason not to come in. Even though I live closer to this branch, I will make EVERY effort to handle my business elsewhere! Goodness it is ridiculous!

The WORST customer service possible.I waited in line with at least 10 other customers for nearly 45 minutes to cash a check while the the tellers made the drive thru their TOP priority.I mentioned this on the way out to the woman who was leading the customers to the long line of people who were waiting and was rudely told by her to back up and not get within 6 feet of her because she had a cancer patient at home.She then told me that the tellers were supposed to alternate between the inside and drive thru customers and that she would speak to them about it.I can't help but wonder why she didn't tell them to do that very thing after one of the multiple times where she was leading customers to the line and saw how many people were waiting ?I also had to pay a " fee " for the privilege of waiting in line for 45 minutes to cash the check because I don't have an account there and can assure everyone that I NEVER will !I will drive to a branch in Pearl, Brandon, Madison or Timbuktu before I EVER set foot into this bank of rude and incompetent employee's again and SINCERELY hope that they go out of business !

The worst customer service ever. If appointments are needed, say that when entering. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes hearing CSRs make phone calls and not acknowledging the customers that are there.

No sense of urgency here. Came in at 1 to get a replacement card. Was told I had to make an appointment. Ok. Appointment was at 2:15, I walk in and she told me she would call me when she was ready. It is now 2:44. Still no call!
