While I was waiting to be served, I overheard one of the associates by the name of Nyla discussing how high she got the night before coming into work. As a T-mobile customer, I was appalled to hear this. Absolutely ridiculous! ??♀️

The female staff worker there is very helpful at the Byram location. But the company wide overall could do alot better with their honesty on how they sell phones , very shady tactics.
