This property is great and well ran, and the property manager Vincent is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable. Definitely book this storage facility you will not regret it and all your things will be safe. You also can enter the gate digitally and handle all your needs thru the app.

I lost the key my unit. Vincent was able to drill out the old lock and replace it with a new lock the same day. He did a great job!

I had a great experience with Valerie. She was wonderful! very helpful on the phone last week and when I came by the unit today. Very informative and kind as well as empathetic to my current situation. Would highly recommend valerie for any further needs with extra space storage!

Vincent is great. Although the rest of management is the worst. I have several units and they raise the rates each year to the rediculous. This year it’s $85.00. The regional manger won’t answer to either me or Vincent. To resolve this issue. Sometimes they do A BIT better after weeks of hassle.but this is each year.it a scam at my expense.No place else does this. I always pay ahead of the due date and now they want over $600 for 2 units and a small space for my boat. I want this to stop. I went through this last year and the regional manager was never available to speak to me and Vincent wasn’t get any call back either. Now here we are again. In the past they have raised the rates several times a year. All I am told by Vincent is that he will try to get a resolution for me and that is how the organization does business. I disagree. After using the company in another location, I didn’t have this problem. I would like to speak to someone on the executive team to finally resolve this. I don’t believe the”organization “ really does business this way. I think it’s this location and this particular regional manager. All the good reviews I read seem not authentic. I can’t believe they do this just to me. This is a much bigger problem and I am not sure at this time how far up the chain of command this goes. Unless this is resolved and the huge increases stop I do not recommend using this location. My experience is that in another location the rates went up a bit and anywhere else with another company not at all.
