“I've always had a good experience here in the Madison UPS store. I know it is the most convenient location, so it gets overwhelming for the employees. People in Madison are NOT the easiest to deal with. I came from a big city so, the difference is still not something that I'm used too. Even after 8 years of being here now. Anyhow, even with all the online shopping and what not, this UPS store has always been a go too. If it's to expensive then I go to the post office. You want to talk about hellatous..... Then go to the USPS. That's the worst. Keep your heads up and stay happy and kind. All you workers at the UPS store have my support and best wishes!”
