CDI did a great job developing our small lake in our little pond, Anyone can do a job, but these guys were very professional, courteous, and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommend these guys.

This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with!! They (Sten, JR and Tim) cleared, cleaned and developed 8 Acres for my home build site. They cut in road and did my house pad also. Awesome work from an awesome company. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to clear land for new construction etc…

I would like to start by saying CDI team is very professional and takes care of their customers, the quality of work and detail that they put in on clearing my property went beyond my expectations. I would recommend CDI to anyone that has land to be cleared or that needs a pond dug on their property. Once again thanks .

I wish I could give CDI Land Development 10 stars. Sten Murphy is definitely a man of his word, professional and very knowledgeable about land management. When he first walked our 10 acres with us, he explained how he would clear all but 20' around the boarder for privacy. The property was covered in pine trees, under brush and vines. There were many obstacles that he and his team had to work through. He had all of the right BIG equipment to do the job. His cost was very reasonable and the knowledge and professionalism is what set him above all of the other land clearing companies that we talked to. We are so very appreciative of the hard work that he and his team did for us so that we can now realize our dream of building our home in the country. We HIGHLY recommend Sten Murphy and CDI.

Needed a relatively small delivery of rip rap...CDI responded immediately, explained how "Gabion" is sold by tonnage not cu. yards, figured how much I needed and delivered it the same day. I can't say enough about them....and I definitely recommend them for any of their services based on my experience with them suppling my needs.

We have used this company on several occasions for road work near our house. The people that do the work always do a great job and far exceed expectations. The quality of their work is exceptional and well worth the price that is paid. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently acquired an A-Frame cabin on 10 acres property with no electricity, no water, and no road to get to it. I called around for a contractor to come talk to me about clearing woods and build a road and only Sten from C.D.I called me back. I met with Sten On the property, agreed on a fair price and the next thing I see is a cleared path with a nice crushed recycled cement road to our cabin so now we are ready to renovate.
