Ordered medicine and from CVS due to Moore’s being unable to obtain the product. CVS stated the medicine was ordered and would have the medicine in on Tuesday 07/09/2024. My wife called Tuesday morning and asked if the medicine was delivered. CVS stated the truck was in but not sure if the medicine had been shipped. Stated not sure what came in on the truck. Ask do you received an invoice for the product ordered. CVS stated we do not. Really.
A few hours passed and CVS text stating the medicine was on the truck.
I drove to CVS in Carthage; I was third in line. Waited 10 to 15 minutes. No problem.
I arrived at the window and gave date of birth and name. The clerk stated, we are working on your prescription, please pull back around. Really, I looked behind and 3 cars in line. I had just driven for 2 hours. I drove off and my wife returned the following day to pick up the prescription. I understand window time, I also understand falsifying window time to cover your slow service.
We ask ourselves each day, why does business fail.
It’s simple, it’s who we employ.

Photo Area. Old lady w crooked glasses was rude about getting a refund. I returned my photos bc quality was bad and I didn't even get all my pictures. She accused me of not returning all photos. However, she went to check the machine and found the rest of my photos. I did receive my refund but she was very rude about it.

Don't have nothing good to say about this place. They csnt keep meds in stock and the wait is like 2 or 3 hours. I live in Lena and it's hard to stay in town that long. I'm still waiting on meds I'm out of since yesterday and doubt I will get it today. Can't even get a call back or nothing. I should have went somewhere else. This is riduclas

I was told the pharmacy closes at 5pm. Fine. I understand. I called and said I MIGHT be a couples of minutes past 5. The pharmacist said they wouldn’t stay. Ok. Fine. Not good business but whatever. We pulled up to the pick up window outside at 5!!!! Someone was in there but the roll up window was down. They even pushed the button to have the pre-recorded thing tell us it closed at 5. I was there in time and was turned away. Pharmacist had said had to LEAVE at 5. I made it but no go. I still don’t have my meds!!!! I made it in time and they’d closed and wouldn’t help me. I don’t have anything good to say. Won’t ever have anything good to say. There isn’t a single CVS I’ve ever walked into where the pharmacy staff wasn’t rude!!! And God forbid you’re there for pain meds….the attitude gets even worse because obviously you’re a junky! I don’t appreciate the way I was treated from the beginning. I only went there because they are the only pharmacy in town who had what was written for me. They way you’re looked at once they see a pain pill prescription is shameful. Not everyone who is prescribed pain meds abuses or sells them. I’m in horrible pain and it seems I’ll get no relief until tomorrow. Ridiculous!!!! If you have a prescription don’t take it to CVS. Particularly the one on Hwy 16in Carthage, MS!!!!

OTC meds area for Well-Care almost empty and employee was clueless when it would be re-stocked. NO manager in store for 4 days. CS phone number was an absolute waste of time. NEVER go there again.

Always too busy and understaffed. Takes days to get refilled sometimes and you get every promise and every excuse they can think of to get you off the phone or out of the store. Male tech in pharmacy needs to be taught some manners besides rude, short, and totally arrogant at times.

Terrible customer service. Very rude in the pharmacy. They NEVER have your medicine ready. It's always “another hour at least!†I'm done with them!!!
