I purchased an Aflac policy through this company. They offered several policies as add-ons in the county where I work. They were very quick to sign me up and were quite helpful that day. Extremely friendly. Fast forward a year later when I actually need to use my short term disability policy and I had questions and concerns and it's like pulling teeth to get any help. I've left several messages and had no one return my call. I know they also file taxes and my timing wasn't the best due to the fact that it was around the same time when tax extensions were due, however, even a week later, I've yet to receive a call. So, if you take out a policy from this company (I'd recommend Jelinda Crawford instead) you'll probably have to do your own leg work. Familiarize yourself with the 800 number.
