The Carthage, MS H&R Block Location exceeded our expectations in every-way.Professional Customer Service is still alive and thriving here, and you will not disappointed you chose them. They’ll do everything legal to maximize your return- things you might miss or incorrectly answer that could affect your return, legality, or the time it takes to get your refund(vs lengthy delays for corrections, etc.).They offer coverage for Counseling in the event an Audit occurs.They were professional, courteous, and efficient, and I will be back next year- even though my town has an H&R Block, and even though it’s an Hour drive from my home.I am grateful for their time, assistance, guidance, and professionalism.
